Then, in 2005, I became a mom... So, I stopped working the 9-5 to stay home with my children. Because of my studies in American Sign Language, my love for the parernt/child classes I attended with my children and how passionate I was about teaching my own children to sign, I became a Licensed Signing Time Academy Instructor. I created The Signing Station in 2011 and began teaching Baby Sign classes.  Soon, the special needs community found out and I started combining my ABA background with Sign to teach private home ABA/Sign classes, becomeing an IEP Advocate and also volunteering with the Down Syndrome Association, among other nonprofits.  I soon expanded my classes to include Parent/Child Preschool and Sign, as well as Parent/Child Preschool Science Fun.

The Pandemic, and the aging of my children, helped me realize that I had time to do more and that I want to reach more families in new and exciting ways! I LOVE what I do and there just aren't enough parent/child classes, or science classes or sign classes in my area.   So, I dissolved The Signing Station and Created CaliKids Clubhouse.  I, also, became a Licensed Zumbini Instructor in 2021, to add to our class line up, and I created our CaliKid Preschool program in 2022, which is our first program that is without parent.

There is only room to grow! We are in the midst of finding more amazing teachers to expand our 0 to 5 year-old developmental class line up for classes with and without caregiver, and we are looking to expand to more areas of the Inland Empire, as well.
