Lions Breath Kids Yoga

Little Lotus Yoga: Your children will improve their flexibility and balance through traditional and modified yoga poses, practice partner and group poses and play fun yoga games with the other children in their class. They will also learn mindfulness activities, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques and how to self regulate independently.

Cobra Kids Yoga: Children will improve their strength, balance, and coordination through fun yoga games, challenging yoga sequences, as well as partner and group poses. They will learn stress coping mechanisms and work on building self-esteem in a non-competitive environment.

Monkey and Me (Parent-Child) Yoga: This sweet class is for parents and children age 3 months to 2.5 years. The parent and child will participate together in a partner yoga practice that strengthens the parent-child bond while encouraging healthful family habits.

We use a hands-on space and combine our learning with American Sign Language. Sign is a great kinesthetic memory tool that exposes children to another language and culture different from their own. We use music from Signing Time and incorporate bubbles and parachutes into every class! Caregiver Participation Required. This is a 4 week (once a week) class. The entire curriculum is taught over 4 months. Payment is due monthly.

Concepts for our class curriculum are brought to you by the Emmy Nominated, Signing Time's, Rachel, and the TreeSchoolers.
